Shipping policy

We are a super small, māmā-run business in Aotearoa New Zealand. All our products are handmade with love, using materials that create a unique design every time. Please read through our Shipping Policy before completing any orders with us.
1. Processing Times
Spaces are limited each release, and will be filled on a first-in, first-served basis via our website. Each opening of spaces will be announced via our social media platforms and our website homepage. The current processing times will be displayed in our announcement bar on the homepage of our website. Please review these times before placing an order. Also please remember this is a māmā run business, its just me, I have three boys and currently a 9-5, so your patience and understanding is truly appreciated.
2. Shipping + Carrier companies
Currently orders will be shipped with NZ Post. In cases where NZ Post is not possible, other carriers may be used. Once an order leaves Felted by Brookes care, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure delivery details are correct and complete before placing an order.
3. Tracking
Most domestic orders will include tracking information which can be found on the NZ Post website or NZ Post app. NZ Post tracking typically updates within 1–3 working days for domestic items once they are with the courier.
